Customer Success Manager

Veda Consulting are a niche CiviCRM & Marketing Automation Specialists that help progressive nonprofits accelerate their charitable objectives by leveraging the power of open-source technologies. To keep up with our current workload and allow for further growth and expansion, we have a new position within our team.

The position:

We need a Customer Success Manager who will work under our Chief Operating Officer. Our Customer Success Managers form a direct relationship with our clients and provide them with advice and support for their CiviCRM installation. This helps our clients grow and achieve goals while simultaneously strengthening their relationship with Veda Consulting.

The Candidate:

The candidate should be proactive, organised with confidence to take on any challenge. They will be expected to be able to work under pressure, have a keen eye for detail with an excellent client-facing attitude. Project Management particularly in Agile methodology is desirable.

The ideal candidate can balance the needs of many without becoming overwhelmed. Ideally they would have CiviCRM experience, however a strong motivation to be fully immersed in all things the CiviCRM will be accepted.

Salary Range: From £28,000.00

Negotiable depending on skills and experience.

Location: Remote – office in London

Working hours: Full-time

Office hours 09:30 – 18:00
