BGS implemented Raiser’s Edge and within three years had introduced multiple third party systems to deliver services to its customers. The challenge set out to Veda was to replace the multitude of systems with a CRM within which a holistic view of a contact is presented. At the same time BGS also replaced their website and our solution also needed to integrate fully with the new website. Full CiviCRM implementation including;

The Solution

Successfully replaced all external systems with a single unified approach, CiviCRM & Drupal, including website integration, replacing the abstracts and eventing system.
Cleansed membership data, ensuring only paid up members had active membership records. Launched a new members portal, including complex joining process with online payments. Successfully managed the annual conference from CiviCRM, ensuring member discounts during booking and invoicing. Integrated approach has seen a membership growth of 30.4248% since migration. Integration to moodle and forums launched in the last 12 months.
